How do I order a taxi?
Open Fastaxi in Telegram or on the website, set the pickup point and destination, choose a fare and tap “Order”. Drivers see the order instantly.
Can the price change after I order?
No. The price is fixed when you order. Only waiting beyond the free time and a price raise you added yourself are paid separately.
How do I pay for the ride?
In cash to the driver or by transfer with the driver’s Kaspi QR. The fare goes to the driver; Fastaxi keeps none of it.
Why should I verify my phone number?
It protects against fake orders. The number is verified in Telegram with one tap and is never shown to the driver.
How do I cancel a ride?
Tap “Cancel” in the ride card. Cancelling is free within 2 minutes after a driver is assigned. Frequent late cancellations temporarily limit ordering.
How do I become a driver?
Verify your Kazakhstan number in the bot, fill in the application and upload documents. The review takes up to 24 hours, and the first 10 orders are free.
