Driver checks
A moderator checks the ID, driving licence, vehicle registration, car photos and a selfie. Duplicate accounts and documents are blocked.
Hidden numbers
A phone number is only used to verify the account. Drivers and riders talk in the ride chat and never see each other’s numbers.
SOS in one tap
Every ride has an SOS button. The safety team receives the signal, the route and your location.
A link for loved ones
Share your ride: your loved ones will see the car on the map. The link stops working after the ride.
Ratings and complaints
Ratings after every ride and complaints reviewed within 24 hours. Violators are disconnected.
Minimal data
Sign up with Telegram, no passport or email. Data is stored securely and never sold.
Emergency services
If you are in danger, call the emergency services right away. Then press SOS in the ride.
