Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Fastaxi service: the fastaxi.taxi website and the Fastaxi Mini App and bot in Telegram (the Service). The Service is operated by [sole proprietor or LLP name], BIN [BIN], address: [address] (the Operator).

1. General

1. The Service is an information platform that helps riders and drivers find each other and agree on a ride. The Operator is not a carrier and does not provide transportation services.
2. Rides are performed by drivers: sole proprietors, self-employed persons or employees of a carrier. Drivers are responsible for complying with passenger transportation and taxi requirements.
3. You must be 18 or older to use the Service. By accepting these terms you confirm that you are at least 18.
4. By using the Service you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Consent to personal data processing and the Consent to cross-border data transfer.

2. Account

1. The main way to sign up is with Telegram. Email and password is a fallback when enabled.
2. To order a ride you must verify your phone number through Telegram. The number is never shown to the other side of the ride.
3. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account and password safe. Do not share your account.
4. One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions is prohibited.

3. Orders and prices

1. The ride price is calculated before you order using the fares published on the Fares page and is fixed when the order is placed.
2. Paid separately: waiting beyond the free time, a price raise you added yourself and selected extras (for example, a child seat).
3. Rides are paid directly to the driver in cash or by transfer using the driver’s Kaspi QR. The Operator does not accept money for rides.
4. Cancelling within 2 minutes after a driver is assigned is free. Frequent late cancellations may temporarily limit ordering.

4. Conduct

1. Respect drivers and riders. Insults, threats, discrimination, damage to property and smoking in the car without the driver’s consent are prohibited.
2. Using the Service to transport prohibited items or substances, or for fraud, is prohibited.
3. Communication about a ride happens in the Service chat. Do not post personal data of third parties in the chat.
4. The Operator may restrict or block an account for violations, as described in the Service rules. Every decision can be appealed.

5. Safety

1. Every ride has an SOS button. In an emergency call 112 right away.
2. You can share a ride link with your loved ones. The link works until the ride ends.

6. Liability

1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep it running but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
2. The Operator is not liable for the actions of drivers and riders but reviews complaints and takes measures under the Service rules.
3. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in court at the Operator’s location under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. Changes

The Operator may change these terms. We announce material changes in the Service in advance. A new version takes effect once the user accepts it.
