Consent to personal data processing

I, a user of the Fastaxi service, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give [sole proprietor or LLP name], BIN [BIN] (the Operator), consent to collect and process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data

• Telegram ID, name and username, interface language;
• phone number, email address (if provided);
• location, ride addresses, ride history, ratings, messages and requests;
• device technical data and IP address;
• for drivers: surname, name, IIN, driving licence data, vehicle data, photos of documents and a selfie.

2. Purposes

• registration and identification in the Service;
• placing and fulfilling rides, communication between the driver and the rider through the Service;
• driver verification, safety and fraud prevention;
• handling requests and complaints;
• compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Operations

Collection, recording, systematisation, storage, correction, use, anonymisation, blocking and destruction, including by automated means.

4. Automated decisions

Some restrictions (for example, a temporary ordering limit after frequent late cancellations) may be applied automatically. I have the right to an explanation and to appeal the decision; a staff member reviews it within 3 working days.

5. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until withdrawn. I can withdraw it in my account or by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal means deleting the account: the profile is anonymised within 15 working days. Data the Operator must keep by law is kept for the required period.
